Pspeaches aims to make returns and exchanges simple for customers. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, following the steps below. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. Note that certain items are not eligible for return, including undergarments, boxer shorts, socks, belts, wallets, money clips, backpacks, caps, mufflers, deodorants, and perfumes.
Return Requirements:
- Condition of Apparel: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.
- Return Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items damaged due to improper care as per the Wash Care label.
- Undergarments, accessories, and grooming products.
- Purchases from partner stores or other marketplaces.
- Online purchases returned to a physical PSPeaches store.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be declined if an item doesn’t meet return criteria. For purchases with a promo code, its value is proportionally distributed across item prices. Defective items are eligible for a return if the defect is identified within 30 days of normal use.
Return Instructions: To initiate a return:
- Go to the Customer Service section on the PSPeaches website.
- Click on "Return Orders," fill out the necessary details, and create a return request. Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 2-4 business days.
- Securely pack your item in the original packaging, removing any prior labels, and hand it to the courier on the scheduled date. If the first attempt is missed, a second attempt will be made on the next business day. After the second missed attempt, the return request will be canceled.
Upon receipt of your return, PSPeaches will verify it meets return requirements. Approved returns are refunded within 7-12 working days. If not approved, Customer Care will reach out to discuss.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-12 working days, with timing dependent on the issuing bank. Refunds are not provided in cash or checks. Refunds for COD orders are credited to the PSPeaches Wallet, valid for one year.
Items Damaged During Shipment: If you receive a damaged item, contact Customer Care within 24 hours. Follow return instructions, and PSPeaches will assess and validate your claim. Approved claims are fully refunded.
Exchange Policy
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To exchange, select the eligible product in your account and choose the replacement. If the replacement item costs more, the customer pays the balance; if less, the difference is provided as store credit for future purchases.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include India-issued debit and credit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, COD, and UPI. Payment is collected at the time of order placement. PSPeaches may contact customers for additional information if any payment issues arise.
Payment Security
PSPeaches values security and uses SSL encryption to protect all sensitive data. If you suspect unauthorized charges due to a purchase on PSPeaches .com, notify your bank or credit card provider. PSPeaches will never request sensitive information via email; if you receive such a request, contact Customer Care.
Pricing
Displayed prices include GST but exclude delivery charges. Prices and product availability may differ online and in-store.
