Return, Refund & Exchange
We have a 5 day Return & Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a Return or Exchange.
To be eligible for a Return, your order items must be in the same condition that you received, unused with its original tags & packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at customercare@pspeaches.com alternatively, you can find Return tab on the website. Kindly fill the necessary details & submit the form, once the return request received, return will be picked up within 3-5 days.
After receiving the return, order items undergoes through the QC (Quality check) after the QC, refund will be initiated to the customer’s source payment mode or given by the customer. This Process may take up to 5-7 working Days.
Returns Guidelines:
In case you have received the Defective, Damaged, Wrong item or not as per the order, contact us within the 5 Days of Delivery through our WhatsApp No. or mail us on customercare@pspeaches.com
*In case of wrong items or missing items, customer must capture an unpacking video of the order to raise the issue, if customer failed to provide the unpacking video the issue will not be entertained.
Exchanges Guidelines:
If a Customer wants to exchange the order items, same order items will be exchanged with the new one only, to exchange please fill the form under Return Tab.
Delivery of Exchange items may take up to 10 to 15 Days.
