At Pspeaches, we ensure the best quality for your little ones! However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item or need a size exchange, we’re here to help.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only in cases where you have received an incorrect or damaged/defective product. If you wish to return an item, please raise a request within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging should be intact. (seal tag) Kindly please note the seal shown below should not be broken. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN

If the item is damaged or incorrect, kindly share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up and process the return accordingly.
Mandatory: Please share return item/items packing video with us to initiate return of the product.
Kindly note shipping charge of ₹149 will apply for returns across India, while for Delhi /NCR, the charge will be ₹99. This covers the cost of quality checks, packaging, and both pick-up and return shipping.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-12 working days after we receive and complete the quality check (QC) of the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account.
Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made products.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are available only for size issues or quality concerns. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you must raise a request within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Mandatory: Please share exchange item/items packing video with us to initiate return of the product.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and replaced with the exchanged one.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on personalized/customized products, sales or discounted items, accessories, or purchases from partner stores or other marketplaces. Any item that does not meet our exchange conditions will be sent back to the customer.
